Ants are known for their diligence. They, apparently, always work. They seem always for preparation and nutrition meeting henceforth. Have you ever seen a lazy ant? You should be optimistic and assured in the same way as ants.
Negative thoughts and pessimism interfere with our advancement, giving us the state of remediless and even fill our bodies with acid which is not for promoting of loss of weight.

Ants do so much how they can so that they have all necessary for the winter.

Ants collect a lot of nutrition, as they can gather in summer to be prepared for the winter. Everything that you can make is everything that you can not do anything more and anything less. You wish to make everything that you can to reach your purpose of loss of weight. If you pass your purpose of loss of weight, and you have made everything that you can, you should estimate. But, if you do all directly, then you require patience. You should feel good that you have made everything that you can and then reboot your purpose of loss of weight. Soon, you will reach your loss of weight and the physical purpose of suitability.

Motivation

Motivation

Well I am going to be frankly honest and I seem to have lost my motivation right now. I was doing so well and I started back exercising after the holidays but today I missed my work out and feel bad about it. Not sure what is going on. I know that I have finished my business course and walking to class was how I got my walk in every day. I really miss that and taking the dogs out in the snow around my yard is not the same either. I miss the friends that I made and staying home for the last week has not been exciting. My job search has not resulted in anything positive either so maybe all these factors contribute to me just feeling blah! right now!

I know I can not keep this up or the pounds will creep back on. Someone told me to check out belly dancing, so tomorrow I think I will try and find something on Youtube to look at and try.

Let me know if anyone else is experiencing the winter blahs right now.

What a Crazy Week

What a Crazy Week

Well somehow I came down with the flu from somewhere and it has been an exhausting week. I have not felt that sick in years, since my boys were small. The only positive aspect is that I lost 6lbs, but what a way to have to do that.

I haven’t exercised but drank lots of tea and water. Some nights I would drink 2 bottles of water as my throat was so dry and burning. Thankfully I am feeling much better now and am managing to get caught up on the housework and laundry slowly. Will try to get back into my exercise routine in the next few days. It is still tiring just taking the dogs out for a quick walk in the yard.

At least the weather has been sunny with a wonderful white frost all over the trees in the mornings! I wish that was the extent of our winter, even though that first snowfall is so beautiful. It’s the having to go out and drive to work in the stuff that is the downfall, plus winter just drags on to long.

Crazy Week

Crazy Week

Not sure where this week went but another Friday is here and it is a long weekend here in Canada, with Thanksgiving on Monday. I lost 2lbs this week and managed to get my walks in for all four days. It felt wonderful to walk again and the funny thing is I actually missed the walks, I figured I would even walk in the rain if I had too as long as it wasn’t pouring!

I added my stair climbing in too this week and have made it up to 60 times. Matt, my son, is showing me how to do proper sit ups and leg raises so I can attach my stomach area, I really want to lose the inches there!

Food wise I am trying to stay around 1200 calories and allow myself a bit more on the weekend if I need it. But am trying not to go over. I just made some Chowder with Scallops for dinner and this was very low in calories too. Monday we will have our Turkey and I plan on making lots of veggies, especially red cabbage and will watch the potatoes. I want to make an apple pie and use phyllo dough for the pastry so again this will help with the calories too.

Anyway off for my herbal tea with my husband.
