When I get up in the mornings it is very difficult to walk for the first 10 minutes. Then once my foot gets worked in it is not as bad.  During the day it feels sore and today felt like it was burning.  I will take a break from walking for a couple of days and see if that helps.</p><p>Instead I will stack our firewood for the winter, it is still burning calories.  I will do some research and see what I can come up with in regards to treatment for my foot.</p><p>Sue<br

I added new exercises to my program and expected to see a jump in weight loss and nothing at all.  ]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Feeling Down</strong></p><p>Well for the past few days I have been feeling down.  I added new exercises to my program and expected to see a jump in weight loss and nothing at all.  In fact all I got back was really sore heels from trying to do jumping jacks and butt kicks.  So I have been limping around all weekend.</p><p>Today I made myself go out into the garden and moved my lilies around for next year, so they have space to grow.  So I did about two hours of exercise, which made me feel much better and raring to go.  I will just have to really watch and weigh my food and hopefully that will give me a kick start too.</p><p>I joined in a challenge over at Jillian Michaels forum to walk 100 miles in Novemeber..so that is going to be a great challenge.  With my walking to work every morning that will be a great start and we can even add cycling to the mix.</p><p>Found some great trackers to help me record the miles and my weight loss.
