Wow can’t believe that it is almost April! Just don’t know where this month went. I have been concentrating on watching what I eat this month and have lost another 6lbs

Well I am going to be frankly honest and I seem to have lost my motivation right now.
What a Crazy Week
Well somehow I came down with the flu from somewhere and it has been an exhausting week. I have not felt that sick in years, since my boys were small. The only positive aspect is that I lost 6lbs, but what a way to have to do that.
