Recently my excuse [...]]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I am sure you have tried to lose weight many times before, well so have I and I just haven&#8217;t seen it through. I may have lost a few pounds here and there but in the end I am still in the same position I was a couple of years ago. Recently my excuse has been not to exercise as I hurt my knee. Well I am finally going to physio and exercise is absolutely vital to getting my knee healthy again.  So there isn&#8217;t any reason not to get serious. It is exactly one month until Christmas and I don&#8217;t see why I can&#8217;t lose a couple of pounds at least.</p><p>So my current weight is 227 lbs</p><p>This gives me a<a
title="BMI Calculator" href="http://www.bmi-calculator.net/" target="_blank"> BMI </a>of 32.57 which makes me Obese.  I am 5 ft 10 inches tall so I guess I can carry it well but that is just another excuse.</p><p>Why don&#8217;t you check yours and let me know your results below?</p><p>So far today for breakfast I had 2 slices of toast and jam with coffee. I went out to my physio appointment and stopped at Tim Horton&#8217;s for a coffee and a carrot muffin. Not good but this was before I decided to start writing this post and taking things seriously.</p><p>For dinner we are having some grilled chicken, salad and a small potato. It is actually really warm for this time of year so we want to take advantage of that. I will have everything ready so as soon as Harald gets home with can start the BBQ up and have everything cooked just as it turns dark.
