Today I dug out my 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I just did the level one and had to adapt it so that it didn&#8217;t bother my knee. I just made sure to use more energy with my upper body and didn&#8217;t go too deep with knee squats.</p><p><center><iframe

So I have managed to get lots of work done for my writing business.</p><p>Food wise I am working on eating small meals throughout the day and watching that I don&#8217;t eat too much bread, definitely my downfall! Water is a bit harder especially as the weather is cold. My goal is to start off with 1 liter of plain water and then use tea as an additional water intake.  I am also working on eating more fruits and veggies during the day. I love bananas and berries but not so keen on apples and oranges. I am good with veggies and enjoy making lots of fresh home made soup.</p><p>Still have to find a good alternative to salad dressing. I have tried raspberry balsamic vinegar which isn&#8217;t bad, just not creamy though.</p><p>My meal plan for today consists of having oatmeal with applesauce for breakfast.  A morning snack was blueberries and yogurt. Lunch was a small sweet potato with a slice of ham. Dinner we are having pork tenderloin as a stir fry, so tons of veggies in there. Instead of pasta I will make up a batch of Quinoa and then there will be some left for lunch tomorrow.</p><p>I look forward to seeing what is on your menu for today and if you managed to get any exercise in.
