Foot Update

Well my foot was really bothering that I was trying to make a Dr’s appointment with no success. Then I developed a huge bruise on my ankle and since that appeared my foot actually started to feel much better. So somehow I must have bruised my foot so deeply that it took over three weeks for the bruising to appear!

I have trouble getting out of bed as my foot is sore to walk on for the first 10 minutes, but I do the exercises that I posted about before and that has been helping. I will start walking again this week and see how that goes. Plus I probably need to get a new pair of walking shoes with some good foot support as that should make a big difference too.

So instead of walking I have been doing some Bowflex and moving and stacking firewood so I have been burning calories in different ways. I am actually looking forward to my walk in the morning.
