New Exercises Added

With the weather getting colder and wetter I wasn’t able to get outside and exercise as much, so had to start training inside.

Good Job With Thanksgiving

Well I made it through the Thanksgiving weekend without any major upsets and when I got on the scale I even lost a pound this week, so all in all I was really thrilled.
